Who We are:

Total Nurses Network is a supplemental nursing agency servicing the Midwest! We employ nurses and find them positions in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice and private duty facilities. You would be is responsible for helping TNN obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to create action and sales strategies that will help TNN partner with more Healthcare clients in the Kansas City area. The primary duties would be to identify business opportunities and build and maintain successful relationships with prospective, current and previous clients. This role will primarily be working in office but have the ability to make occasional client visits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and researching potential Clients
• Health Care, Home Care, or pharmaceuticals sales experience is a PLUS
• Develop and Manager Partnerships to grow Business
• Drive the sales process with previous, current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients
• Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve issues and provide support.
• Conduct ongoing market research.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of sales preferably in the Healthcare field.
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant Field.
• Data Analysis and attention to detail skills.
• Experience in making high volume outgoing calls.
• Maintaining & building relationship with current clients.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus Commission and Performance Bonuses.
